Description
DBCO-Liposome is Liposome with the dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) group, which can react with an azide by click chemistry. The conjugation chemistry is based on the reaction of the DBCO reagent with an azide linker to form a stable triazole. Azide moiety can be on the antibody and DBCO moiety can be on liposomes and vice versa.
