Carboxylic Acid-Liposome (PEGylated) (CAT#: CLBD019LY)

Description
Carboxylic Acid-Liposome (PEGylated) is Liposome (PEGylated) with the carboxyl group, which can be activated by EDC (1-ethyl-3-[3-dimethylaminopropyl] carbodiimide) and react with sulfo-NHS (N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide) to produce a significantly more stable and more soluble active intermediate (NHS ester). The intermediate can covalently conjugate to the amine group on the proteins, peptides or antibodies through displacement of sulfo-NHS group by amine.
