siRNA, Anti-IRX4, 2'-F/2'-OMe/LNA/Ribo-modified(CAT#: SIRGT77404WQ-2F)
The product SIRGT77404WQ-2F is a type of small interfering RNA (siRNA) that targets IRX4 gene and regulates the expression gene. The siRNA interferes with the expression IRX4 gene with complementary nucleotide sequences by degrading mRNA after transcription, preventing translation. The siRNA is designed with 2ʹ-deoxy-2ʹ-fluoro (2'-F) modification to provide increased stability, increased specificity and reduced immunogenicity. It has potential applications in RNA interference (RNAi) and gene therapy development.
