siRNA, Anti-SEPTIN6, 2'-F/LNA/Ribo/Backbone-modified(CAT#: SIRGT37730WQ-2F)
The product SIRGT37730WQ-2F is a type of small interfering RNA (siRNA) that targets 6-Sep gene and regulates the expression of gene. The siRNA interferes with the expression of 6-Sep gene with complementary nucleotide sequences by degrading mRNA after transcription, preventing translation. The siRNA is designed with 2ʹ-deoxy-2ʹ-fluoro (2'-F) modification to provide increased stability, increased specificity and reduced immunogenicity. It has potential applications in RNA interference (RNAi) and gene therapy development.
