VivoCAR™ Anti-CD33 (M195) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA leverages the M195 clone, renowned for its rapid binding and internalization properties in the bone marrow microenvironment. For in vivo applications, this clone ensures that transiently reprogrammed T cells can forcefully target AML stem cells. The circular RNA structure provides superior stability against exonucleases, facilitating a durable expression profile of the M195-CAR. This allows for precise, pulse-like administrations that maximize tumor eradication while ensuring the non-permanent nature of the therapy prevents the risk of irreversible myeloablation.

  • CD33 is a transmembrane receptor expressed on myeloid progenitor cells and monocytes. Crucially, it is highly and universally expressed on blasts in over 80% of patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Its expression on normal hematopoietic stem cells is limited, making it a critical and validated therapeutic target for AML, despite the risk of myelotoxicity.
