VivoCAR™ Anti-FLT3 (NC7) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA features the NC7 clone, optimized for its ability to recognize both wild-type and mutated FLT3 on malignant progenitor cells.   • Introduction
  • FLT3 is a critical receptor tyrosine kinase widely expressed on hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells. It is one of the most important targets in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), as it is highly expressed on leukemic blasts and, importantly, is frequently subject to activating mutations (e.g., FLT3-ITD) that drive the malignancy. Targeting FLT3 with CAR-T cells is a strategy aimed at eliminating AML blasts and the chemoresistant leukemic stem cell (LSC) population.
