Principle of the Assay
To identify specific cytokines involved in any inflammatory or immune response, it might be necessary to screen panels of cytokines, often requiring some level of automation and/or high throughput. Magnetic Beads can make the process of automation and high throughput screening easier with features such as walk-away washing.

Application Notes
This is an overnight or two-hour incubation assay; however, for best results an overnight incubation is recommended.
This assay requires 25 µl of neat plasma or serum, or 25 μL cell culture supernatant per well.
This kit may be used for the analysis of all or any combination of the cytokines and chemokines in serum, plasma or tissue/cell lysate and culture supernatant samples with the exception of RANTES, PDGF-AA and PDGF-AB/BB.
RANTES, PDGF-AA and PDGF-AB/BB cannot be plexed with other cytokines in this panel due to a required 1:100 dilution of plasma/serum samples.
