General Description
The PCR purification kit provides a convenient, fast and high-yield purification process. After PCR amplification, many common downstream applications (including enzyme digestion, ligation, sequencing, and labeling experiments) require purification of PCR amplicons to prevent enzymes (polymerases, restriction enzymes) and reaction components (dNTPs, primers, buffers) , Salt) from conducting downstream experiments on pollution, and negative effects.

Product Summary
The PCR purification kit is based on the selective binding of dsDNA to silica gel membrane in the presence of chaotropic salts. Simply mix the PCR product with the binding buffer and apply it to the Spin Column. The dsDNA binds to the silica membrane in the chromatography column. Wash thoroughly with wash buffer to remove impurities. To purify DNA, elute the dsDNA in low salt elution buffer or water. The purified PCR product is suitable for automated fluorescent DNA sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion and cloning.
