CellRapeutics™ CD3+ T Cells from Crohn's Disease Donor (XS-0426-XU214)

Online Inquiry  Datasheet

All products and services are For Research Use Only and CANNOT be used in the treatment or diagnosis of disease.

These CD3+ T cells are isolated from the PBMCs of donors with Crohn's Disease, reflecting the systemic T-lymphocyte activation characteristic of transmural gastrointestinal inflammation. Utilizing high-precision magnetic separation, the isolation process ensures maximum viability and minimal phenotypic shift. These cells are highly suitable for studying Th1 and Th17 cytokine polarization, leukocyte trafficking mechanisms, and the efficacy of novel immunomodulators in the context of Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

  • Cat. No.
  • XS-0426-XU214
  • Donor Age
  • Young Adult
  • Donor Health
  • T cells exhibit chronic inflammatory activation, reflecting the Th1/Th17 skewed environment of Crohn's disease and a signature of increased migratory potential toward intestinal tissues.
  • Ethnicity
  • Diverse backgrounds available, predominantly Caucasian and Ashkenazi Jewish backgrounds.
  • Anticoagulant
  • Acid Citrate Dextrose, selected to counteract the pro-coagulant effects of systemic Th1/Th17 cytokines and maintain the functional plasticity of intestinal-homing T cell subsets.
  • Additional Donor Information
  • Each lot features CD3+ T cells from donors with Crohn's disease. Profiles include disease location (e.g., terminal ileum) and history of biologic therapy to study mucosal immunity.
  • Clinical Profile
  • Disease phenotype, history of fistulas or strictures, and current biologic therapy status.
