VivoCAR™ Anti-AMHR-II (5B_42) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR saRNA utilizes the saRNA platform to drive the 5B_42 clone. For in vivo therapy, the 5B_42 clone is distinguished by its high binding affinity and stability in the peritoneal cavity. By utilizing the biological magnification effect of saRNA, the product maintains high CAR density on T cells, facilitating efficient in situ reprogramming and providing a potent immune response against solid tumors that overexpress AMHR-II.

  • Description of Signaling Cassetes
  • The third-generation CD28-41BB-CD3ζ architecture employs a sequential costimulatory strategy, where the CD28 module drives rapid initial activation and metabolic reprogramming, while the 4-1BB component sustains long-term cellular viability and mitigates exhaustion. This tandem design, anchored by the CD3ζ signaling chain, synergistically amplifies downstream signal transduction, resulting in a balanced T-cell phenotype with robust effector capacity and prolonged durability. The integrated signaling cascade thus optimizes both kinetic expansion and persistence, enhancing antitumor efficacy.
