Anti-C38H75NO8 T cell receptor (Vα14i), pCDTCR1 (TCR-YC0201)

The vector of anti-C38H75NO8 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target C38H75NO8 (alpha-D-galactosyl-N-tetradecanoylsphinganine) restricted by mouse CD1d. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing C38H75NO8-specific T cell receptor.
