This product features CD19+ B cells isolated from donors with clinically confirmed Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). These cells are critical for investigating the loss of peripheral tolerance and the role of autoreactive B cell populations in synovial inflammation. They serve as a robust model for studying B cell-mediated antigen presentation to T cells and the production of rheumatoid factors (RF) and anti-citrullinated protein antibodies (ACPAs) within the context of chronic joint destruction.
