The vector of anti-FITC chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is universal CAR constructed for the engineering of T cell to target FITC. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing scFv of anti-FITC antibody linked to CD137 (4-1BB) and CD3ζ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of various cancers of which the cancer cells are stained with specific FITC-labeled ligand.
