The vector of anti-CMV pp65 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target CMV CMV pp65. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing CMV pp65-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of HCMV infection.
