The vector of anti-EBNA3B T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target EBV EBNA3B. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing EBNA3B-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of EBV infection.
