Anti-SpeC T cell receptor, pCDTCR1(TCR-C237Z)

The vector of anti-SpeC T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Streptococcus pyogenes SpeC. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing SpeC-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Streptococcal toxic shock-like disease and rheumatic fever.
