The vector of anti-gp33 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target LCMV gp33. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing gp33-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus infection.
