The vector of anti-STEAP1 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human STEAP1. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing STEAP1-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Ewing sarcoma.
