Anti-STEAP1 T cell receptor (P2A5), pCDTCR1 (TCR-C241Z)

The vector of anti-STEAP1 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human STEAP1. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing STEAP1-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Ewing sarcoma.

Target

  • Gene Name
  • STEAP family member 1
  • Official Symbol
  • STEAP1
  • Synonyms
  • STEAP; PRSS24
  • Introduction
  • This gene is predominantly expressed in prostate tissue, and is found to be upregulated in multiple cancer cell lines. The gene product is predicted to be a six-transmembrane protein, and was shown to be a cell surface antigen significantly expressed at cell-cell junctions.
