VivoCAR™ Anti-CD19 (27F3) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR saRNA combines the prolonged expression kinetics of saRNA technology with the 27F3 scFv clone, known for its optimized dissociation rates. The importance of the 27F3 clone in in vivo applications lies in its ability to maintain stable immunological synapse formation under the dynamic conditions of the peripheral blood and lymphatic system. Because saRNA provides a sustained "expression pulse" compared to conventional mRNA, the 27F3-based CAR ensures that endogenous T cells remain activated against tumor cells for an extended period. This synergy is critical for achieving deep molecular remission in patients with high tumor burdens without the need for repetitive dosing.
