VivoCAR™ Anti-C3AR1 (DO98GO1) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA utilizes the DO98GO1 clone to target the complement C3a receptor, a key driver of the pro-tumorigenic inflammatory microenvironment. In in vivo CAR-T development, this clone is vital for its ability to modulate myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) and tumor-associated macrophages.
