VivoCAR™ Anti-GD3 (R24) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA utilizes the classic R24 clone to pioneer the targeting of melanoma-associated gangliosides via in vivo CAR-T induction. The R24 clone is essential for its high specificity toward GD3, a molecule that promotes tumor cell proliferation and metastasis. By delivering this CAR through a stable circRNA vector, the product enables a transient but powerful redirection of endogenous T cells toward the tumor site. This non-integrating approach allows for the safe depletion of GD3-positive cells while avoiding permanent off-target effects on low-level expressing healthy tissues.
