Anti-BCMA (E6D7B) h(scFv-CD3ε) TRuC-Jurkat Cells (XS-0123-ZP877)

All products and services are For Research Use Only and CANNOT be used in the treatment or diagnosis of disease.

The T cell receptor fusion construct (TRuC) comprising an antibody-based binding domain fused to T cell receptor (TCR) subunit can effectively reprogram an intact TCR complex to recognize tumor surface antigens. Unlike CAR, TRuC become a functional component of the TCR complex. TRuC-T cells kill tumor cells as potently as second-generation CAR-T cells, but at significant lower cytokine release and despite the absence of an extra co-stimulatory domain.
