Anti-IAV (GILGFVFTL) TCR, pMP71(TCR-L055)
The vector of anti-IAV T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target IAV. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing IAV-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Influenza.
Influenza A virus
LMP2; EBNA3A nuclear protein; EBNA3A; TCR; T cell receptor; transgenic TCR; antigen-specific T cell receptors; Engineering T-cell receptors; recombinant t cell receptors; specific t cell receptor; modified t cell receptor; retroviral vector; Hodgkin's Disease and Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
The Orthomyxoviruses are a family of RNA viruses that includes six genera: Influenza virus A, Influenza
virus B, Influenza virus C, Isavirus, Thogotovirus and Quaranjavirus. Influenza A and C infect multiple
species, while influenza B almost exclusively infects humans. The first three genera contain viruses
that cause influenza in vertebrates, including birds (see also avian influenza), humans, and other
mammals. Isaviruses infect salmon; thogotoviruses infect vertebrates and invertebrates, such as
mosquitoes and sea lice.
