Anti-Polyprotein T cell receptor (YC46), pCDTCR1 (TCR-YC1026)

All products and services are For Research Use Only and CANNOT be used in the treatment or diagnosis of disease.

Virus-specific CD8+ T cells blocked HCV replication in a peptide dose-dependent manner that correlated precisely with the amount of IFN-γ secreted by the virus-specific T cells. Of note, HLA-B*27-restricted CD8+ T cells specific for the NS5B-2841 epitope derived from chronically infected subjects did not mediate superior antiviral efficacy.
