Anti-TTLL12 T cell receptor (AB9), pCDTCR1 (TCR-YC1219)

The vector of anti-TTLL12 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Tubulin-tyrosine ligase-like protein 12 (KLPLDINPV) restricted by HLA-A2. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing TTLL12-specific T cell receptor.
