The vector of anti-VP6 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Intermediate capsid protein VP6 (TLLANVTAV) restricted by HLA-A*02:01. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing VP6-specific T cell receptor.
