The vector of anti-CD70 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human CD70. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing CD19t and CD27 linked to CD3ζ signaling domain. This truncated CD19 can be used to select and track transducted T cells. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
