Anti-Bob1 T cell receptor (3C10), pCDTCR1 (TCR-C015Z)

The vector of anti-Bob1 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human Bob1. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing Bob1-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Multiple myeloma.

  • Introduction
  • Transcriptional coactivator that specifically associates with either OCT1 or OCT2. It boosts the OCT1 mediated promoter activity and to a lesser extent, that of OCT2. It has no intrinsic DNA-binding activity. It recognizes the POU domains of OCT1 and OCT2. It is essential for the response of B-cells to antigens and required for the formation of germinal centers.
