Anti-gag p17 T cell receptor (1803), pCDTCR1 (TCR-C063Z)

The vector of anti-gag p17 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target HIV-1 gag p17. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing gag p17-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of HIV-1 infection.

  • Introduction
  • Matrix protein p17: Targets the polyprotein to the plasma membrane via a multipartite membrane-binding signal, that includes its myristoylated N-terminus. Matrix protein is part of the pre-integration complex. Implicated in the release from host cell mediated by Vpu. Binds to RNA
