The vector of anti-Her2 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human Her2. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing Her2-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Breast cancer.
