The vector of anti-MBP T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human MBP. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing MBP-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Multiple sclerosis (MS).
