Anti-NS3 T cell receptor (I2B11), pCDTCR1 (TCR-L354)

The vector of anti-NS3 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target HCV NS3. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing NS3-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of HCV infection.
