Anti-survivin T cell receptor (SW-Surv-22), pCDTCR1 (TCR-L247)

The vector of anti-survivin T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human survivin. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing survivin-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) .
