Lenti-C2 CAR (scFv-ζ, CIIC1; M2139)-VP (VP-CAR-LC39)

The ready-to-use lentiviral particles of Lenti-C2 CAR (scFv-ζ, CIIC1; M2139)-VP is packaged using 3rd generation of lentiviral packaging system, in which the gene of CAR will be driven by a CMV promotor. The target gene of scFv (CIIC1; M2139)-CD3ζ packaged in lentiviral particles could be used for high efficency tranduction of T cells and stably integrated expression.

Target

  • Type II collagen is the basis for articular cartilage and hyaline cartilage.
    It makes up 50% of all protein in cartilage and 85-90% of collagen of articular cartilage.
    Type II collagen does form fibrils. This fibrillar network of collagen allows cartilage to entrap the proteoglycan aggregate as well as provide tensile strength to the tissue.
