The vector of anti-κ light chain chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human κ light chain. The T cell is genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing scFv of anti-κ light chain antibody linked to CD8 hinge-transmembrane domain and CD3-zeta signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of B cell-chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL).
