The pooled PBMCs were prepared for the monocyte activation test (MAT) of the pyrogen. According to the European Pharmacopoeia published MAT guidelines for blood donors and cells, they recommend pooling cells with at least four donors to reduce the effects of donor variation. Therefore, our PBMC pool is prepared by four healthy donors. We tested the endotoxin standards for each pool to meet certification requirements.

Pooled PBMC are from 4 donors, and the number of cells per donor in the pool is equal. Analysis showed the production of IL6 and TNFα in the presence of certified endotoxin standards.

Preparation
We obtained peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from many donors. Our PBMCs were collected by leukapheresis and further treated with a Ficoll gradient and several washes to remove platelets.

The cells provided by our company are taken from blood products and separated according to standard operating procedures to ensure the stability of cell quality between batches.

Microorganisms, HIV, HBV, HCV, syphilis, etc. tests were performed.

Handling Notes
1. After receiving the cells, please check whether the cell bottle is intact, whether the frozen cells are thawed, whether the fresh cell culture solution has leakage or turbidity. If any of the above phenomena occur, please contact us in time.
2. Even when the test report is negative, when handling the cell sample, take precautions and complete the operation in the fume hood.
3. The cell can only be used for scientific research and should not be used for in vitro diagnosis of humans and animals.
4. During the cell culture process, please perform under aseptic conditions.
