VivoCAR™ Anti-CD19 (3C10) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR saRNA utilizes a high-efficiency self-amplifying RNA backbone to drive the expression of the specialized 3C10 anti-CD19 clone. In the landscape of in vivo CAR-T therapy, the 3C10 clone is highly valued for its distinct binding epitope which often shows superior performance in identifying low-density CD19 antigens. By integrating this clone into the saRNA platform, the product achieves a "biological magnification" effect-where a minimal initial dose leads to robust CAR expression levels via intracellular replication. This makes it an ideal candidate for in situ T-cell reprogramming where high sensitivity and dose-sparing are required to maximize therapeutic efficacy while minimizing systemic RNA load.
