VivoCAR™ Anti-CD5 (5D7) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA uses the 5D7 clone to target B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and T-cell malignancies in vivo. The 5D7 clone is essential for its high specificity toward the CD5 receptor, which is often retained on malignant cells that have escaped other targeted therapies. The circRNA platform allows for a transient pulse of CAR expression on the host's immune cells, ensuring a robust attack on CD5+ tumors. This non-integrating nature is particularly critical for CD5 targets to prevent long-term T-cell aplasia and allow for the eventual recovery of the host's normal lymphocyte compartment.

DO NOT mix with media containing serum unless first complexed with a stabilizing transfection reagent.
