VivoCAR™ Anti-CD70 (2F2) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA leverages the 2F2 clone, specifically optimized for high-affinity recognition of CD70 in the tumor microenvironment. This clone is significant for its ability to trigger potent cytolytic signaling upon minimal antigen encounter, making it ideal for the in-situ engineering of effector cells against "cold" tumors. The stable circRNA scaffold provides a durable yet programmable expression window, empowering the host's immune system to purge CD70-positive malignant populations while ensuring the eventual recovery of normal activated lymphocytes once the transcript is naturally cleared.

  • CD70 is the ligand for CD27 and is a member of the TNF superfamily. It is normally expressed transiently on activated T and B cells. Crucially, it is overexpressed constitutively on various hematological malignancies and solid tumors, including NHL, Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC), and Glioblastoma (GBM). CD70 binding to CD27 delivers a costimulatory signal, and its abnormal expression promotes tumor survival and immune evasion.
