Anti-DOCK7 T cell receptor (IA4), pCDTCR1 (TCR-YC0328)

The vector of anti-DOCK7 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Dedicator Of Cytokinesis 7 variant FLN_M9L (FLNDLLSVL) restricted by HLA-A2. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing DOCK7-specific T cell receptor.

  • The protein encoded by this gene is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that plays a role in axon formation and neuronal polarization. The encoded protein displays GEF activity toward RAC1 and RAC3 Rho small GTPases but not toward CDC42. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
