The vector of anti-gp100 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human gp100. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing gp100-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of melanoma.
