The vector of anti-pp65 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target CMV pp65. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing pp65-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of cytomegalovirus infection.
