The vector of anti-telomerase catalytic subunit protein T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human telomerase catalytic subunit protein. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing telomerase catalytic subunit protein-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of cancer.
