The vector of anti-TERT T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human TERT. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing TERT-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
