Online Inquiry  Datasheet

All products and services are For Research Use Only and CANNOT be used in the treatment or diagnosis of disease.

Harvested from donors with active Psoriasis Vulgaris, this serum reflects the systemic manifestation of chronic plaque-related cutaneous inflammation. The matrix is characterized by an up-regulation of the IL-23/IL-17 signaling axis and other T-cell mediated inflammatory mediators. It is an ideal substrate for high-throughput screening of dermatological biomarkers and the study of systemic comorbidities associated with psoriatic keratinocyte hyperproliferation.
