Anti-NY-ESO-1 T cell receptor, pCDTCR1 (TCR-ZP011)

The vector of anti-NY-ESO-1 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human NY-ESO-1. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing NY-ESO-1-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Melanoma.

  • Introduction
  • The protein encoded by this gene is an antigen that is overexpressed in many cancers but that is also expressed in normal testis. This gene is found in a duplicated region of the X-chromosome and therefore has a neighboring gene of identical sequence.
