Anti-TAX T cell receptor (S4-3), pCDTCR1 (TCR-L130)

The vector of anti-TAX T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target HTLV-1 TAX. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing TAX-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Adult T cell leukaemia (ATL).
