The vector of anti-Tax T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target HIV Tax. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing Tax-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Adult T cell leukaemia (ATL).
