The vector of anti-Tyrosinase T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human Tyrosinase. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing Tyrosinase-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Melanomas, gliomas , glioblastoma.
