The vector of anti-MAGE-A3 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human MAGE-A3. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing MAGE-A3-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Melanoma, synovial cell sarcoma, esophageal cancer.
